Rehearsal of Concept Drill

Description

A ROC Drill, or Rehearsal of Concept Drill, is an exercise usually used by the military to talk through complex missions and ensure all key personnel understand their roles. It is done at all levels of planning, from strategic large-scale operations, through to small-team special operations missions.

PRIMAL Assessment

The PRIMAL team are thoroughly trained and work together on a regular basis therefore their planning processes are frequently streamlined and may appear ad-hoc at times. Where possible, however, they will run through a ROC Drill for complex missions.
