Description:

A Ukrainian armored personnel carrier based on the Russian BTR-80. It has 8 huge wheels and a small turret containing twin 23mm autocannons.

PRIMAL Assessment:

A good design, similar to the US Stryker APCs. The twin cannons is an unusual design choice, and probably overkill.
