The Ilyushin Il-76 is a military and commercial freighter that has seen extensive service around the world. It is well suited to delivering heavy cargo to undeveloped countries due to its ability to land on unpaved runways.

PRIMAL Assessment:

PRIMAL's Il-76, known as the 'Pain Train', has been extensively upgraded to make it a special operations support aircraft similar to the US Air Force MC-130. All the modifications have been made internally or are retractable in order to maintain the aircraft's appearance as a regular transporter. Additionally the 'Pain Train' carries modularized cargo pallets for precision guided weapons, drones or extra fuel.
