Description

ROVER stands for Remotely Operated Video Enhanced Receiver. It’s a system that allows ground forces to view the full-motion video feed from a drone in real-time. It does not allow control of the video feed, nor targeting with weapons.

PRIMAL Assessment

The latest ROVERs are highly portable tablet-sized devices. This capability will continue to get smaller and eventually be integrated into smartphone-sized devices like the fictional wrist-mounted iPRIMAL.
